With over three decades on the water, Captain Paul brings a rare blend of adrenaline-fueled precision and calm, seafaring confidence to the helm of KneadIt. A former champion motorbike racer, Paul traded in the racetrack for the open sea—bringing with him a passion for performance, discipline, and the pursuit of excellence.

After his racing career, Paul became a senior RYA instructor, training hundreds of yachtmasters and commercial skippers across Europe. His transition to the superyacht world was a natural evolution, and over the past decade, he’s captained some of the finest vessels for the decerning, celebrities, and UHNW families across the Mediterranean, Caribbean, and beyond.

Highly regarded for his leadership, professionalism, and discretion, Captain Paul ensures every charter aboard KneadIt is seamless, safe, and unforgettable. Whether you're island-hopping in the Cyclades or anchored off the Amalfi Coast, you're in the hands of a true master of

Liz brings a radiant energy and refined sense of hospitality to Knead It, ensuring every guest experience is infused with comfort, flavour, and elegance. Liz trained in both culinary arts and interior service, allowing her to effortlessly balance five-star cuisine with impeccable guest care.

With over 10 years in the yachting industry and a background in boutique hospitality, Liz has curated experiences for guests from Monaco to Mykonos. Her culinary style is fresh, Mediterranean-inspired, and deeply seasonal—whether it’s a poolside mezze lunch, a candlelit seafood dinner, or a detox breakfast after a night of celebration. She’s also an expert in accommodating special diets and tailoring menus to guest preferences.

Beyond the galley, Liz leads interior operations with calm precision and heartfelt attentiveness. Her eye for detail, love for entertaining, and warm personality make her the heart of life aboard KneadIt. From perfect turn-downs to sunset cocktails, Liz ensures every moment feels beautifully effortless.

Chloe is a dynamic addition to the Knead It crew, bringing a blend of enthusiasm, strong technical training, and an eagerness to learn that makes her an invaluable team member. Though relatively new to the yachting world, she’s already proving herself as a capable and confident professional, excelling both on deck and in guest service.

A recent graduate of a top maritime training program, Chloe holds multiple qualifications including Yachtmatser, STCW, Powerboat Level 2, and advanced interior service certifications. Her dedication to detail, positive attitude, and quick adaptability have earned her praise from captains and crew alike. Whether she's assisting with anchoring maneuvers, setting up a flawless table setting, or launching water toys with guests, Chloe handles every task with care and confidence.
